All are warmly invited to Pat's service which will be held on Tuesday 10th December 2024 at Trent Valley Crematorium, Aston on Trent at 2:30pm.

Donations in Memory of Pat will benefit the continued work of The Royal Derby & Burton Hospital Trust.
